Outside peak season Chalet Des Arbres offers you the opportunity of long weekends or any length stay in catered accommodation offering a real home from home experience.
The chalet is run by the owners Jane & Alec , they will provide you with either
a fully catered service or, if you prefer just bed & breakfast -
Our wish is to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Many of
our guests have commented ‘It ‘s liking staying with old friends’ which we take
as a real compliment. -
For those wanting a little more,the ‘ski a la carte’ experience offers guests coming for long weekends a personalised service which includes luxury transport transfers from Turin, ski instruction or guiding and when there is enough time, a site seeing tour of Turin.
SKI HIRE
You can arrange ski hire when you arrive at the resort. We have an arrangement with ‘Regis Sports’, the local SKISET ski hire shop who give a 20% discount on all ski equipment hire on arrival. You can also leave your skis and boots here overnight making life much easier particularly as the ski lift and base of the Luc Alphand ski run is situated next to the shop. We will take you down and introduce you to the staff who will ensure you have the right equipment for your ability.
We provide guiding as part of our service, if you require ski or board lessons we can also help arrange these for you whether private or as part of a group.

Chalet Des Arbres
This recently constructed beautiful traditional mountain style chalet is situated just above Chantemerle in the Serre Chevalier valley.
ACTIVITIES
The extensive ski area and the excellent weather record of
Serre Chevalier offers an excellent holiday for skiers and boarders during the winter months, and a superb summer resort for a whole range of summer activities including walking, swimming rafting, canoeing, tennis and horse riding.
There is a lock up garage and cleaning facilities for motor bikers and cyclists during the summer months.

Accommodation
The Chalet has a top floor with 1 double room and 2 twin rooms, sleeping up to 6/7 people.
Each room has bathrobes and hairdryers. Two of the bedrooms face the Prorel mountain and the Luc Alphand ski run which brings the skiers down into Chantemerle.
There is one bathroom with bath and shower which leads to a separate toilet, and a second bathroom with shower room with toilet. There is also a toilet on the ground floor.
The ground floor has a large living room, dining area with spectacular views in both directions of the Serre Chevalier valley, and from the front of the chalet, the Luc Alphand ski run in to the village of Chantemerle.
In the centre of the room there is large wood burner. For non skiers or those who just want to take a day off there is a TV (UK Satellite freeview) and a DVD player, DVD’s, books and games .
